These terms govern your use of Wedding Web and the purchase of a wedding website from Iker Lorente Villalba. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
1. The service
For a one-time fee (currently advertised as $99 USD per template, unless a different price is shown at checkout), you receive:
- Access to personalize a chosen template (texts, colors; photos after payment)
- Publication of your wedding website on a subdomain we assign (e.g. on myweddingwebsite.com)
- RSVP functionality with replies sent to the email you provide
- Hosting included under these terms (no monthly subscription for standard hosting)
- Up to the number of revisions stated on the Site after publication (if offered)
We do not sell custom from-scratch design work beyond the template personalization described on the Site.
2. Orders and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and Stripe Tax / local rules.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate content and photos you have the right to use.
- Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
- Keep your private editor / order links confidential.
- Choose subdomain preferences that do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Delivery
After payment you customize and submit your content. We then publish your site manually within a reasonable time (typically a few days after a complete submission). You will receive the final URL by email when it is live.
5. Licence
Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased template for one wedding website for your event. You may not resell the template, clone it for other clients, or remove technical measures without permission. Published sites and related guest pages (such as the RSVP confirmation page) include a discreet mywedddingwebsite.com credit with a link to our Site; please do not remove it.
6. Refunds
Because the product is digital and personalization begins after payment, refunds are limited. If the service cannot be delivered due to our fault, contact us and we will find a fair remedy (including a refund where appropriate). EU consumers may have additional rights under distance-selling rules for digital content; where you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights, those rules may limit withdrawal after delivery has started.
7. Availability and changes
We may update templates, features, or pricing for new purchases. We may suspend hosting in case of abuse, non-payment (if applicable), or legal requirement. Standard wedding-site hosting is intended for a normal wedding planning cycle; contact us if you need an extended period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or guest communication failures caused by third-party email providers, incorrect RSVP email settings, or content you supplied. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
